Frank and Franco Lo Greco, the founders of Lapis Lazuli Vodka, were born and raised in Toronto, Canada a country renowned for its rich culinary and viticultural traditions. Growing up in an italian household where food and wine were an integral part of daily life, they developed a deep appreciation for the finer things in life from an early age.

Their parents, both of whom hailed from the southern region of Sicily, instilled in them a love of Italian cuisine and wine, and regularly took them on trips to explore the vineyards and wineries of the surrounding countryside.

From a young age, Frank and Franco developed a keen sense of taste and an appreciation for the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into making a great bottle of wine.

As they grew older, Frank and Franco began to experiment with spirits, developing a particular interest in vodka. They were fascinated by the complexity and versatility of this popular spirit, and began to explore the different flavors and aromas that could be created through careful distillation and blending.

Drawing on the lessons they had learned from their Italian upbringing, Frank and Franco began to experiment with different ingredients and techniques, searching for the perfect combination of flavors and aromas that would make their vodka truly unique.

They soon realized that the secret to crafting a great vodka lay in using the highest quality ingredients, and so they set out to source the finest wheat and spring water they could find. They also experimented with different distillation methods, carefully refining their process until they had created a vodka that was smooth, complex, and perfectly balanced.

Today, Lapis Lazuli Vodka is recognized as one of the finest spirits in Canada, thanks in large part to the Italian-inspired upbringing and dedication to quality that has driven Frank and Franco since childhood. Their passion for fine spirits and their commitment to excellence continue to guide their work, and their vodka stands as a testament to the power of tradition, hard work, and dedication to craft.
